 Nutrition tip

Before posting any nutrition tip, I would like to explain you some basic explanation about the nutrtion, so that you can understand better why the different recipes I will post are healthy.


The nutrition wheel:

There are 6 different groups in this wheel, group 1 it's going to be red, group 2 going to be green, group 3 going to be blue, group 4 it's going to be yellow, group 5 it's going to be orange and for the last, group 6 it's going to be puple.

group 1: It provides glucids (derivates from the cereals, sugar...).

group 2: Provides lipids (butter. oil and fats in general).

group 3: It provides proteins, like fish, meat, eggs...

group 4: Lactic proteins, milk, yougurt, cheese...

group 5: Provides vitamins and minerals. (vegetables).

group 6: Provides vitamins and mineral (fruits).

Now that we know the different groups that we have, I'm going to show you an easy tip for making your own recipes.

Experts say that for an equilibrated diet, we must have 3 to 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables per day, carbohydrates are our principal power source so they must be shown in our diet on a 55 to 65% of our diet
